How to use

Apply two times a day, or more if needed to relief itchy, dry, irritated skin.

For extra absorption, use after shower on damp skin. Use Gold Up Marigold Oil Blend, Follow with Soaked! Shea Butter + Rosehip Body Cream.

Shipping + Returns

Pre-orders can take 1-2 weeks to be processed + delivered.

All products are made to order, please allow 3-5 days for processing. In general, first class mail is in transit for 2-5 days. 

International orders may take up to 2-3 business weeks to arrive.

Once an international order has left the United States, the order is turned over to the local postal service for your country.

For questions regarding the tracking and status of your order, once it has left the United States, please direct your inquiries to your local postal service.

We strongly advise insuring all orders. If your insured package gets lost in transit, USPS should be able to refund you by filing a claim.

Alpha Gurl LLC won't be giving refunds on lost, or stolen packages.

customs fee to be paid for any merchandise
purchased outside your country. We are not
responsible for applicable customs fees.

Failure to pay customs fees may result in your item being rejected entry and it being returned to us.

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.

Even though quality and making sure that our products get to you safely, I know accidents happen. If, for any reason, your item arrives defective, we have a 15-Day Warranty. As long as is within the 15-Day Warranty. All you have to do is reach to us at hello@itsalphagurl.com with your order number, a picture of the damaged item, and a short description of what happened. 

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
