Shipping & Refund Policy
Alpha Gurl ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://www.itsalphagurl.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on shipping speed, weight and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
International orders may take up to 2-3
business weeks to arrive.
Once an international order has
left the United States, the order is turned over to the local postal service for your country.
For questions regarding the tracking and status of your order, once it has left the United States, please direct your inquiries to your local postal service.
We strongly advise insuring all orders. If your insured package gets lost in transit, USPS should be able to refund you. Alpha Gurl LLC won't be giving refunds on lost, or stolen packages.
You may use your USPS Tracking number as a reference.
Certain countries require a
customs fee to be paid for any merchandise
purchased outside your country. We are not
responsible for applicable customs fees.
Failure to pay customs fees may result in your item being rejected to entry and it being returned to us.
Even though quality and making sure that our products are well-made + safely shipped, I know accidents happen. If for any reason, your production arrives damaged in transit, we have a 15-Day Warranty. As long as is within the 15-Day Warranty. All you have to do is reach to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, a picture of the damaged item, and a short description of what happened.
We do not offer free shipping returns.
Processing + Transit Time Domestically
All products are made to order. Please allow 3-5 days for processing. In general, first class mail is in transit for 2-5 days.
Pre-orders make take 2-3 weeks to be fulfilled + delivered.

Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking link, from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
Duties & Taxes
Sales tax is calculated at checkout as needed.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Alpha Gurl encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Alpha Gurl at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been shipped. If an order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy.
Some parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
